PVC Paste Resin TPM31 - Description:

General Overview:
 Full Name: PVC Paste Resin, Grade TPM31  
 Type: Suspension Polymerized PVC Resin designed for paste processing  
 Primary Use: Formulation of PVC pastes used in plastisols and organosols  
 K Value Approx.: Around 50-55 (low to medium degree of polymerization)  
 Viscosity: Low viscosity in paste form allows easy processing  
 Particle Size: Fine particles with high surface area

 Physical Properties:
 Appearance: White powder  
 Density: ~1.4 g/cm³  
 Volatiles Content: Very low (<0.4%)  
 Residual Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM): <1 ppm (meets industrial safety standards)  
 Porosity & Absorption: High porosity for fast absorption of plasticizers

 Processing Characteristics:

1. Designed specifically for paste PVC formulations
