ACR 530 is acrylate copolymer with extra high molecular weight and are produced by emulsion polymerization 

process .They are white powder with good fluidity. It can dissolve in Acetone and Chloroform,but not in water 

and Alcohol.   In addition to all the basic characteristics of PVC processing aids, foaming regulators have higher molecular weight than general-purpose processing aids and higher melt strength, which can give products more uniform cell structure and lower density. The pressure and torque of PVC melt are increased, so as to effectively increase the cohesion and homogeneity of PVC melt, prevent the combination of bubbles, and obtain uniformly foamed products. Compared with other manufacturers, the foaming regulator produced by Bontag has better fluidity and stronger melt strength.
