Liquid calcium-zinc stabilizer is an auxiliary stabilizer, mainly presenting as a light yellow oily liquid in appearance. The difference in stability between powder and liquid is not significant. Liquid calcium-zinc stabilizer usually has a larger solubility and good dispersibility in PVC resin powder, and its impact on transparency is much less than that of powder stabilizer.
Liquid stabilizers are typically used in PVC products with a total plasticizer content greater than 10 to 20 phr.
