Eepoxidized soybean oil/ESBO/ESO

Epoxidized Soybean Oil is a kind of slight yellow viscous oily liquid , with viscosity of 325mpa.s, refractive index of 1.473 and density of 0.997 . Epoxidized Soybean Oil is not soluble in water ,but it is soluble in organic solvent, such as Hydrocarbon, ketone, lipids, higher alcohols, etc and also slightly soluble in alcohol.



Charateristics:

1. Good compatibility with PVC resin, with high epoxy value and low acid value.
2. Good chemical stability, with low volatility and little mobility.
3. Could improve mechanical strenth, resistance
4. Innoxious and could be used in food packing materials being authenticated worldwide.
5. Could reduce the addition amount of other plasticizers, stabilizers and lubricants

Applications:

ESO Can be used in all the products of polyvinyl chloride, such as all kinds of food package materials, medical products, different kinds of films, sheet materials, tubing, sealing strip of refrigerator, artificial leather , plastic wallpaper, electrical wires and cables and other plastic products for everyday use.It also can be used as special printing ink and liquid composite stabilizer.
